What personal information do we collect?

We collect personal information from visitors to our website through the use of online forms. We also collect your details when you directly email us with an enquiry or we meet you at an event such as an exhibition, tradeshow or conference.

If you are a customer we will have your data stored for the purposes of fulfilling orders, billing, shipping and offering customer/technical support in compliance with product warranties.

You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time, either by using the unsubscribe feature at the bottom of the e-newsletter or by emailing privacy@lockalarm.com stating ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’ in the subject line of your email. Please note that when you unsubscribe we will retain a record of your email address to ensure we do not send you communications in future.

We keep your personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in the section ‘What personal information do we collect?’. The exact retention period will vary depending on your interactions with us. For example, where you have made a purchase with us, we will keep a record of your purchase for the period of time necessary for accounting, taxation and warranty purposes. When we no longer have a need to keep your information we will delete it.
